Who are Nestlé Academy?

The Academy was established in 2011 to welcome the next generation of talent into employability. You will join the world’s largest food and drinks manufacturer on a development programme designed to unlock your potential.

There is a place for everyone in the Academy. Within FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) there are multiple opportunities for you to express yourself and your creativity. Everyone has a voice, difference of thought, and we want to be able to hear yours.

For National Apprenticeship Week we will be opening our (virtual) doors to give you an insight into our live apprenticeship opportunities; engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and HR. As well as running a virtual careers fair with booths and live chat, throughout the day we will be hosting live webinars where you can meet our apprentices and employers! Please view the schedule to register your interest – NOT TO BE MISSED!
